This is the day that the lord has made, and I choose to rejoice and be glad in it. With the dawn of a new day, there is really so much to be grateful for. Inspite of all the uncertainty and economic downturns the world is facing, it is good to know that the words and the love of God stands sure. Our lives should not the dictated by circumstances around us, but should be grounded on what the word of God says about our lives and our situations. Often times God allows us to be fruitful and multiply during the times of famine or hardship.
The bible says in the book of exodus that God made the Isrealites to multiply even when they were under the oppression of king Pharaoh. In those difficult times, God made provisions for them. He puts people in place to minister to their needs. Example were the midwives who were God fearing and allowed the male babies to live, contary to Pharaoh's orders and as a result Moses lived and he turned out to be the deliverer of the Isrealites.
Difficulties and unfavourable economic conditions or wahtever challenges we are going through cannot stop the plan and the purpose of God for our lives. I will rejoice everyday for the life God has given me, another day for my destiny to be fulfilled.
It is a new day, therefore REJOICE.
